The LRS Vision

The mission of LRS Output Management a division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is to deliver outstanding information technology solutions, products and services to its customers, conducting its business and operations in a professional, ethical and legal manner; and providing our employees a workplace that values respect for others, hard work, honesty, initiative and achievement.

In every decision we make, every product we develop and sell, and every customer interaction since our founding in 1979, our mission statement has been and remains the foundation upon which we operate and do business. From our humble beginnings as a local software consulting company, to being ranked in the Software 500 beginning in 1993, to our globally recognized technology solutions today, these principles have remained at the core of how we conduct our business.

What We Believe

Our philosophies guide every single decision we make. We realize that to have the best employees, it is our responsibility to offer the opportunity for employees to engage in exciting and challenging work. It's a two-way street.

Of course LRS expects certain things from our employees, but we also promise our employees strong, forward-thinking leadership along with challenging and fulfilling work.

We must be doing something right because our people tend to stay and grow within the company—we have an unusually low turnover rate compared to industry standards—which says a lot about the culture and organization as a whole. It was the employees who nominated LRS for the 'Best Places to Work' accolade. That pretty well sums it up.
