LRS Output Management solutions have delivered output to Sharp devices in customer accounts for many years. To meet customer requests for an embedded pull print solution for Sharp MFPs, LRS enrolled in the Sharp Partner Program. Gaining access to the Sharp OSA^® integration tools led LRS to the development of the MFPsecure®/Printfor Sharp solution.

MFPsecure®/Print for Sharp software extends Sharp’s security portfolio by providing secure document spooling and delivery capabilities and adds another brand to the LRS® MFPsecure®/Print product family. When combined with other LRS Output Management components, the MFPsecure®/Print for Sharp product enables Sharp customers to pull print documents at the MFP. This ensures documents are not printed and forgotten at the device, thereby preventing the opportunity for a breach in compliance. For improved security and compliance, audit log information about jobs delivered through the MFPsecure®/Print for Sharp solution is incorporated into the LRS Innovate/Audit reporting module. This information gives management an analysis tool for continuous improvement of an organization’s output workflows.
