For 150 years, fire and sparks filled the air in the Henrichshütte facility as more than 10,000 workers tamed rivers of molten iron and steel. And last week, this important landmark of yesteryear’s industry played host to the business leaders of today as they discussed the technologies of the future.
On November 7, the first “INSIDE-Kongress” took place at the LWL-Industriemuseum Henrichshütte in Hattingen, Germany. At this former metalworks-turned-museum, innovative IT provider rku.it brought together leaders from the worlds of research, technology, and industry to discuss the future of work. Specifically, speakers covered a number of topics related to smart cities, digital transformation, energy systems and climate/ecology concerns.
rku.it GmbH is a service provider for more than 130 companies in the sectors of energy supply, public transport and local government. Among other solutions, they help their customers overcome document delivery challenges with LRS’ VPSX-based Enterprise Output Management software.
As a Silver sponsor of the event, LRS was on hand to meet with hundreds of rku.it customers and offer our thoughts on "Output/Print Management and the Digital Workplace". Michael Schmidt and Alex Kitzberger from LRS Germany were present to answer questions about output management and VPSX software.
Thanks to all who stopped by to discuss their document challenges with our team. For more information about LRS software, the INSIDE-Kongress proceedings, or the future of work, click here to contact our team of experienced IT professionals.
