With Virtual Session Printer Agent for VPSX® (VSPA) software, IT administrators can easily associate users, printers, and endpoints intelligently to ensure successful virtual desktop (VDI) deployment across the enterprise. Through a simple yet powerful web interface, authorized personnel can define printers for end users and thin/zero client terminals and designate the default printer for printing applications. Intelligent management of user- and device-specific printer definitions ensures that a worker always has the ability to print to a nearby device, to their office printer, or to any required location on the network.

The VSPA® solution also allows users to permanently add printers to their virtual desktop, so that these devices are always accessible during multiple virtual desktop sessions. By making virtual printing on the desktop more similar to traditional desktop printing, VSPA software improves the user experience from virtual desktops, increasing overall productivity and reducing support calls.
